The New York City Department of Transportation launched an advertising campaign in areas where dangerous driving is common. “Reckless Driving Kills” public service advertisements are going up on bus shelters and billboards in areas which are particularly impacted by dangerous drivers. The campaign is similar to anti-smoking campaigns which featured photographs of the impact that smoking has on health.
